Butternut Squash, Prune, and Chicken Dish

So I decided to try a Persian recipe for a sweet dinner dish. Sautee onions with chicken, add cinnamon, salt, pepper, and prunes. Simmer for 30 min with water. Cut and sautee butternut squash for 20 min, add squash, lime juice, saffron, 3tbsp brown sugar to the chicken and simmer on low for another 30 minutes. A sweet combo!
