I thought it would be fun to have a site where everyone can post pictures/info about things they've cooked!
So I encourage everyone to post away. Don't worry about whether its fancy or just a bowl of cereal. Its fun.

Veal Marsala
Take thinly sliced pieces of veal. Coat on both sides with mixture of flour, pepper, tough of lemon, and olive oil. Heat skillet to medium heat, and cook each side until lightly brown. Serve hot on any tomato-based sauce.
