Prepped the skillet with fresh garlic and threw in the fresh spinach for less than a minute. one tip is to add a bit of brown sugar to get rid of the grainy taste with spinach (thanks for the tip ductape!). After its done, heated to high and seared the Ahi (mostly for color since you should always buy sashimi grade). added some currants to the side for taste and dinner is served.
I thought it would be fun to have a site where everyone can post pictures/info about things they've cooked! So I encourage everyone to post away. Don't worry about whether its fancy or just a bowl of cereal. Its fun. I'm hungry already. - Ramin

Seared Garlic Ahi with Fresh Currants and Spinach
