Meatloaf:
You'll need a stainless steel bowl that fits in a rice steamer (or pot). Combine ground pork, soy sauce, a little bit of cooking wine, chopped spring onions, garlic, ginger, a dash of brown sugar, corn starch, and a few shakes of pepper. Mix well. Steam in rice cooker or on stove top for 30 min, or until the meat is no longer pink.
Bok Choy:
I like to cook my veggies in H20 - a little healthier than frying in oil. In the pan, heat water until its boiling, add garlic, a sprinkle of salt, and a couple shakes of pepper. Cook to desired tenderness.
Zuresh Polo:
This was purchased from Rose Market and can be found at most Persian restaurants. I think next time I'll stick to white rice though, since the meatloaf is quite flavorful and kind of overpowers the zuresh polo. I think zuresh polo is best enjoyed with chicken kebob. :)

the way you speak so passionately about zeresh polo and kabob, I would assume you are persian.
